At some point in our lives, most of us will find that we need some extra help. A sensation of being stuck, of not knowing how to move forward. That feeling might be centred around a relationship, a job, family issues, parenting, or a bereavement. Or we might be struggling with depression, anxiety, or unhealthy behaviours. Even a sense of losing who we are and where we are going,
I am trained as a psychotherapist to help you solve the problems you are facing.
My aim is to help my clients create real change in their lives, whether that is about addressing what is going on inside themselves or in their relations with other people, or both. I use the widely accessible theories of Transactional Analysis (TA), such as ego states, psychological games, life scripts and emotional hungers to help my clients better understand themselves and other people. I also uses principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Mindfulness so that I can adapt my approach to the individual needs of my clients.
